If you have received the wrong items or the items you have received are defective, please send an email to info@zomersummer.nl to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original and saleable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, which does not include the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.
Return Policy and Guidelines:
- All returned items must be unused, unopened and in original plastic packaging.
- We are not responsible for the cost of returning the items.
- Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged to ensure they do not get damaged in the mail.
- Please ensure all return packages are sent using a trackable, insured service as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transit.
- Please ensure that the returns form has been approved - failure to approve may result in your return not being processed.
Easy returns in three simple steps:
Step 1: Request return details via the contact form below. Provide your order number, email address and reason for return.
Step 2: Send your order. Send the items to the return address. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount on your bank account. Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back on your bank account within five working days.
